Pricing is calculated on a per day basis. This means that afternoon pick ups count as an additional day. However, if pick up is before 9am, no extra day will be added.
These adjustments help ensure we always have kennels available for new drop offs and avoid overcrowding during peak times.
*Holiday rates: applies to all boarding that include a national, state, or local public holiday — including the day of arrival or departure.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer only.
All cash payments must be finalised on or before drop off.
For bank transfers, payment must be completed at least 2 days prior to drop off, and a screenshot of proof of payment must be sent via SMS or email.
OVERNIGHT STAY INCLUDES:
- Fully secured indoor kennel with access to 6ft high fenced runs
- Trampoline style beds*
- Premium kibble or you can supply your dog’s own kibble and/or meat
- Fresh water changed daily
* Dogs under 2.5 years of age must be supplied with their own trampoline bed.
Any beds provided by Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels that are damaged during your dog’s stay will incur a $50 replacement fee.
MEDICATIONS
We will administer prescribed medication as directed. Please provide clear instructions and necessary supplies.
If your dog has difficulty taking medication, we kindly ask that you supply any specific food or treats needed to assist with administration.
